Council chiefs have ordered an artist to tear down his work after he installed 10 random road signs at a busy junction on a main road - sending motorists round the bend.

More than 100 motorists complained that the signs, which included a no entry sign, a one-way sign and a mini roundabout sign - none of which applied to the road in question in Ashford, Kent - had caused at least 12 minor accident...
